Adjustment: You need to be sure the pick needle is in perfect alignment all the time. The best way to check alignment is to insert this tool into a empty plug (the plug must have the tailpiece cover securely tighten at the end, which act as the tool stopper.) Push the tool all the way in till it hits the tailpiece cover and stops, push the needle is at the center of the chamber, if no, remove the tool from the plug, unscrew the needle holding hex screw with the supplied Allen key and adjust accordingly. Make sure the tool can travel freely inside an empty plug and the angle of the needle nose can travel beyond the bottom and the top of the key way.
